The International Conference on Intelligent Imaging, Computer Vision, and Data Engineering (IICVDE 2026) aims to bring together leading researchers, engineers, and practitioners to explore the latest advancements in imaging technologies, computer vision, and data-driven engineering systems.

The conference places particular emphasis on the integration of imaging, intelligent sensing, and advanced data analytics, reflecting the growing importance of interdisciplinary approaches in modern photonic and imaging systems.

Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not currently under review by any other conference or journal.

Submission Requirements:

  • Papers must be written in English

  • All submissions will undergo peer review

  • Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent experts

  • Evaluation criteria: originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity


Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in 

All published papers will receive a DOI and will be indexed in major academic databases.

Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for extended journal publication.

Author Registration (Regular Paper, 4–6 pages) — €580

Student Author Registration — €530

Includes the same benefits as Author Registration.
Student status verification is required (valid student ID or official letter).

Additional Paper Fee — €450 / paper

Applies when the same registered author has more than one accepted paper.
Each additional paper must be linked to a valid author registration.

Extra Page Charge — €50 / page

Applies to papers exceeding the standard page limit ( >6 pages), subject to the proceedings’ page policy.

Listener / Delegate Registration — €280

Includes:
